Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be a citizen of ADB Member Countries.
- Bachelor’s degree with good academic record.
- Two (2) years of full-time professional experience (after university degree) at time of application.
- Age should not be more than 35 years old at the time of application. In exceptional cases for seniors the age limit is 45 years old.
- must return to home country after completion of study program.
