Applications are open for CATS Fellowship 2026. It’s a fully funded research program for international researcher and professionals. The fellowship will be hosted at German Institute for International and Security Affairs. Fellows can do independent research in Berlin by engaging themselves with policy/international affairs leading expert persons. Fellowship duration is from six to twelve month, expected to start from September 2026. no application fee is required. Candidates from all nationalities can apply.
