Asian Development Bank–Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) is now inviting applications for fully funded Master’s study at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa for Fall 2027. Scholarship is Funded by Government of Japan via Asian Development Bank and administered by the East-West Center, Scholarship is for qualified professionals from developing member countries of the Asian Development Bank. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants generally should fulfil below criteria:
- Should be citizen and current resident of an eligible developing member country of the Asian Development Bank.
- Age limit is 35 years old or younger at the time of application
- 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
- 2 years of full-time professional work experience after university degree completion is required
- Applicant should have strong academic record
- Should meet English-language requirements of the selected program
- Applicant is required to be admitted to an approved Master’s program
- Intend to return to their home country after completing their studies
