Eligibility Criteria for the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Scholarship (CGI)
CGI Scholarship 2027 is open for applicants who fulfil below requirements:
- below 30 years of age
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 in one of the following fields:
- Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Environmental Sciences, Medical Sciences: Medicine, Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Have experience in scientific laboratory research
- English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS) is required

Academic Timeline for Selected Students
The scholarship award covers a six-week refresher program before the official master’s degree studies begin. According to CGI, refresher courses are tentatively scheduled to start in June 2027, while the academic semester will begin in August 2027.
